Today's featured senior is Lyzett Munoz.
Lyzett: I have been at WCC for 11 years. My favorite subject is US history. My plans once I graduate WCC is to be the first one in my family to attend college. The most valuable thing I have learned while attending WCC is that everyone is here to help you - you just have to reach out. I will always remember the different opportunities we were given to explore the different options of what to do after high school. The advice I give to high school students is to avoid procrastination.

The Jr. Lady Bears came up a little short as they lost to Pangburn in the finals of the District Tournament 24-21 in Overtime. Congratulations on a great season of 20-7.

7-12th grade- If you are riding the pep bus today and you have turned in your permission slip- the bus will be parked at the junior high parking lot at 3:45pm and will leave at 4pm.

The pep bus scheduled for tonight will be going tomorrow night for the rescheduled game
Due to the rain district games have been postponed to the following dates: (no games tonight, Monday, Feb. 11) JH girls will play Tuesday, Feb. 12, at 6pm at St. Joseph, Sr girls Wednesday, Feb. 13, at 6:30 pm in Quitman and the Sr boys Friday, Feb. 15, at 5:15pm in Quitman.
